Providing A Helping Hand
I am here to help create a calm, supportive, and caring environment for you as you begin your mental health journey. I use a combination of techniques and skills from different types of theories and I am a big believer in meeting individuals where they are at, engaging in a collaborative therapeutic environment.
I received my Master's in School Counseling and Ed.S. in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2019 and have experience working in different outpatient settings with children, adolescents, teens and adults. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and have special training in trauma informed care as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
